Renamed AI Accounting Tools to Know in 2026: Keeper, AuditBoard, Klippa and Formula Bot

Keeper is now Double

Keeper announced its new name, Double, on October 23, 2025, and moved its website to doublehq.com [1]. The company says the team and product are the same [1]. Double is a close management platform for accounting firms and internal finance teams, with two-way sync to the ledger [2]. Its integrations page lists QuickBooks Online, Xero, Ping, Abacor and Zapier [3]. The old keeper.app address now redirects to doublehq.com. See our Double listing.

AuditBoard is now Optro

AuditBoard announced on March 9, 2026, that it had rebranded as Optro, at The Institute of Internal Auditors' Great Audit Minds conference [4]. Optro describes itself as a GRC intelligence platform covering audit, risk, infosec and compliance [5]. Its integrations page lists Oracle NetSuite, Workday, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Power BI and Google Drive [6]. The old auditboard.com address now redirects to optro.ai. See our Optro listing.

Klippa is now Doxis

Doxis, formerly Klippa, provides AI document processing: document capture, data extraction and fraud checks [7]. Its integrations page lists Xero, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP [8]. The site is still at klippa.com, where the company calls itself "Doxis (ex-Klippa)" [7]. See our Doxis listing.

Formula Bot is now Better Analyst

Better Analyst, formerly Formula Bot, is an analytics app with AI agents for data transformation, dashboards and PDF to Excel [9]. The vendor announced the rename on its own site and says accounts and workflows carry over [10]. The old formulabot.com address now redirects to betteranalyst.com. Its pricing docs list plans from $20 per month, with free usage limited to 10 messages and 25 actions [11]. See our Better Analyst listing.

What this means for your firm

  • Contracts, invoices and app store listings may still show the old name for a while, so search both names when you check renewals.
  • Three of the four old domains (keeper.app, auditboard.com and formulabot.com) now redirect to the new sites. Klippa is still served at klippa.com. Update bookmarks and any vendor contact records.
  • A new name is not a new product. Each vendor describes the same product under the new name.
